We accept cash, certified checks and personal checks (for advance payment only.)

We do not accept credit cards and we do not accept personal checks for final payment.

No refunds are available, but credit is allowed towards future dental treatment.

Before major treatment begins we require a minimum of fifty percent (50%) deposit or prepayment.

We accept all major US PPO Dental Insurance upon authorization prior to treatment. The initial evaluation must be paid prior to insurance authorization.
